The training is conducted via video link and corresponds to a regular teacher-led training where the participants will have the opportunity to colloborate and ask questions directly to the instructor through this medium.

The training primary covers the following points:

• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety.
• The work environment act and the work environment ordinance.
• The design if the workplace.
• The Swedish work environment authority's regulations regarding construction and building activities.
• Occupational health and safety responsibilities.
• Responsibilities of the coordinator for design (BAS P) and coordinator for construction (BAS U).
• Preparation of an occupational health and safety plan.

Kursmål

The participant will gain knowledge abaout the responsibility for the work environment and how work environment issues should be considered from planning and design to execution, as well as the participant will have the skills required to function as a construction site safety coordinator after the training.

För vem

The course is aimed t anyone who will be working as a construction site safety coordinator, as well as anyone in their professional role who needs knowledge about how construction site safety coordination should be structured on a work site, such as managers, supervisors, safety representatives, clients, purchasers and more.

Previous knowledge of workplace environment issues is not a requirement, although it is appropriate to have such knowledge.
